- Please ensure Java Run Time Environment(JRE 1.5) is available on your machine. To check this, Click Start Menu -> Click Run -> Type cmd -> Press Enter. On the command prompt type java -version and press enter. If you get information about java then java is installed on your machine. If not, then install Java Run Time environment from sun's site.
- If you are in office network behind a proxy then click on proxy configuration and setup proxy.
- Advance Features are enable for 2 weeks. After that software will be switched to Basic version version, which is absolutely free .
